Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

• All original tags must be attached

• The item must not show any signs of wear, washing, or damage

• The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

We do not accept returns on:

• Items that have been worn

• Items returned after 14 days from the delivery date

• Items that are damaged due to customer use

Desaints reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges (Wrong Size)

If you need to exchange an item due to ordering the wrong size:

• The exchange must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product

• The item must be unworn and in original condition

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges

We recommend reviewing our size guide carefully before purchasing to ensure the best fit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
